Are you able to get logged in with admin (local or domain)? If so, skip to step 3.


  1. Boot Hiren OS and enable a local admin account.


  1. Boot machine into windows recovery mode with networking


  1. Select Run and Regedit


  1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

    1. Find “scforceoption” and select “Modify” 

    2. Change the “1” to “0” and click “OK”


  1. You can now restart and login to the admin account. Join the computer to the domain if it isn’t. Make sure the computer is in the right OU and do a GPUpdate /force
