Issue: DMA computers not able to open Premiere Pro because of a driver incompatibility.
Solution: In the dialogue box that pops up when opening Premiere Pro, click 'Fix this issue" and then install one of the drivers that appears depending on what the GPU is.
EDIT: The prior solution fixes the problem for a while until a new Windows update gets pushed out, after that happens it updates the video driver and the issue returns.
New fix: (Use the prior fix before proceeding with this solution.) Go to device manager, right click on the display driver and go to properties, select details, in the property dropdown select "Hardware Ids", copy all the ids that appear in the value box. Paste these in a text document and save it, go to the windows search bar and type "gpedit.msc", go to computer configuration/administrator templates/system/device installation/ device installation restrictions, in the right window click on "Prevent installation of devices that match any of these device IDs" in the left pane click "Policy setting". In the pane that appears click the enable button and then the show button, paste in the hardware id values from the text document one at a time. and click ok.
This should result in the production of an error during the next windows update that says something like "Video driver could not be updated."
